The answer is definitely "NO." 🛑 A key part of this tool is to protect employees privacy so they can participate, answer honestly, and trust that their information stays between them and their coach. However, we do provide an aggregated report to the employer of how the employees are doing as a whole. We're able to protect your employees anonymity while giving you the data to make wise decisions to serve your team the best.
